As a result of participating in the training courses of Dry Food Association of Japan, I got the qualification of ‘Kanbutsu Maestro, Intermediate’ !
Kanbutsu is a group of traditional dry food ingredients that has supported Japanese food culture for a long time, and I myself would like to enlighten its value not only to Japanese people but also to a wider range of people. Under our long-term theme, Creating health value from Japan, we would like to contribute to people’s wellness and lives, by fostering Kanbutsu culture and by utilizing its networks. In order to utilize limited blessings of nature for sustainable society and people’s daily life, we recognize that the roles of Kanbutsu established by our ancestral wisdom will never be small.
