The rare new species “Saemidori” has an elegant aroma and a plentiful umami taste. You can maximize the sweetness, when brewing it slowly for about 90 seconds in low-temp hot water at around 60 ° C. Please try to extract in short time at higher temperature after 2nd brewing. You will taste the changed flavour.
We visited to support in the tea field during picking of the new tea leaves. We could realize the hardship of growing healthy and delicious tea without relying on agrochemicals. Please enjoy the healthy-grown shincha in the quiet mountainous area of Ureshino.
